Shipping

Internet orders are generally shipped on the next business day (excluding public holidays) using express overnight shipping. Therefore please allow up to three full business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on the delivery address.

Payment

We accept pre-payment only – we accept all credit cards, bank transfer and money orders. Please send all money orders to Amazonia (Aust) Pty Ltd to PO BOX 469 NUNDAH QLD 4012. Bank transfer please contact us on 1300 85 10 50 for further details.

Orders despatched via Australian Post Express Trackable Satchels, so please make certain you provide your street address.

Freight is FREE on all our products as they appear on our website.

Return and refund policies for online purchases

We want you to be satisfied with your order, but if you simply don’t like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will! In the unlikely event of defective merchandise, we will gladly accept your return of the product within a 14 day period, for a full refund of the original purchase price, credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item(s).

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. To clarify: Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
