Green wrappers of choice (cabbage, cos, ice berg, kale, collards or nori sheet


  • 1/2 avocado,
  • tomato slices,
  • 3 tbsp sauerkraut.
  • Handful sunflower sprouts.
  • 1 tsp miso paste.


Spread miso and avocado evenly onto green wraps and fill with remaining ingredients. Roll up and eat.


Add protein of choice - tempe, hummus, chicken or beef.
