Quick Breakfast Quinoa
- 1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa
- 150ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 serve Amazonia Raw multi
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Stevia or natural sweetener of choice (to taste)
Combine all ingredients and serve topped with a sprinkle of Raw multi powder.
Can be served warm in winter. Delicious with fruit such as berries, grated apple or banana mixed in.
