Your go-to breakfast? I like to keep it simple in the morning.I switch it up between eggs, avo, spinach on gluten free toast and gluten free oats (yes they do exist!) with choc protein powder, maca and cinnamon!
First thing you do when you wake in the morning? A glass of warm water with lemon and a mug of bone broth followed by a quick entry in my five minute journal.

The word Wholefood to you means.... Nourishing your body with pure and natural foods that have not been tampered with and contain no additives.
Your favourite food memory is of... Family Friday night dinners with a big roast, lots of salads, grilled veggies and soup to start. We have done this every week with our extended family and I still drive an hour home each Friday for these special evenings.
3 health goals for this year? Mastering meditation, Writing in my 5 Minute journal daily and Eating more mindfully
Sweet or Savoury? Sweet!
You are known for you ______ recipe? Maca Almond Hot Cakes and I make a mean scrambled egg!
Fill in the blank. I may be full but if you put ____ in front of me I will eat it any day. Salmon, Raw Tiramasu and Choc Nut butter (can I have 3?)
